Return of merchandise

Ministry of Transportation rules require that all material on our trucks must be identified on load manifests. As a result we are required to change our return process and we will no longer be able to take returns of material without prior approval, scheduling and proper documentation.

In order to serve you better, we have put the following procedure in place:

Effective January 1, 2016, for items eligible for return,

  1. Call your inside sales rep.
  2. Please have available your original SO#
  3. Please have quantity and item to be returned

All returns must be authorized and approved before we will pick them up.

Please be advised that custom material cannot be returned.

Once your inside sales representative has processed the return and it is approved, it will be scheduled for pick up and you will be advised.

Drivers will no longer be able to pick up extra material from job sites without prior approval and scheduling.
